** THE ROLE
** We are looking for a Fulltime Purchasing Administrator to join our team. As a purchasing administrator, you will manage and issue purchase orders through our inventory software while maintaining accurate order guides, pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment. ** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Manage and issue purchase orders in our inventory software
* Maintain and optimize inventory order guides, ensuring accurate pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment
* Coordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume events
* Partner with warehouse teams to support accurate receiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
* Monitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory
* Generate and analyze reports on usage, purchasing trends, and cost variances to support operational decision-making
* Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasing with menu execution and demand planning
* Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

** COMPENSATION:
** Competitive salary of $22-$23/hour commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
