- Responsible Sourcing

Summary

Chobani is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Procurement Manager to support and expand our Responsible Sourcing initiatives across the enterprise. The Procurement Manager is responsible for both executing the day-to-day responsibilities of our responsible sourcing strategy (i.e. supplier compliance, due diligence, and audit oversight) and contributing to the strategic development of the program as it matures. This role partners closely with Procurement, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and business stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet the organization's ethical, social, and environmental requirements.

Beyond compliance, the Manager will play an active role in advancing our responsible sourcing ambitions: evaluating ingredient and supply chain risks, researching mitigation approaches, and developing recommendations that help Chobani source more responsibly over time. The Manager will lead supplier due diligence activities, risk assessments, supplier engagement programs, audit remediation efforts, ESG monitoring, and compliance initiatives. The position plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks while supporting the organization's commitments to sustainability, human rights, supplier impact, and responsible business practices.

This position requires strong data management and analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and database tools, to support reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and accountability. This role supports Responsible Sourcing initiatives across all One Chobani brands, contributing directly to innovation, supply assurance, and responsible business practices.
