Supply Service Representative

Oversee inventory management including scanning, cycle counting, and delivery of medical supplies to clinical units.

Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards while maintaining organized and accurate par levels.

Provide responsive customer service to clinical staff and support continuous process improvement across departments.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain management, and healthcare materials distribution.

Proficient in scanning systems, cycle counting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's Degree in Arts or Science preferred.

2-4 years of experience in inventory management or healthcare materials handling required; 5-8 years preferred.

Knowledge of JCAHO standards and hospital supply chain procedures strongly desired.
