Entry-Level Development Role
with hands-on rotations across key logistics functions.
Responsibilities- Support inventory control activities and daily distribution operations
- Assist with warehouse operations, including process execution and safe handling practices
- Help coordinate shipping and routing activities to support accurate delivery flows
- Contribute to delivery management tasks and operational problem resolution
- Learn and follow operational procedures and safety requirements
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
- Develop foundational skills aligned with future leadership growth
- Motivated, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn across multiple operational areas
- Basic understanding of logistics/warehouse processes (or strong interest to build knowledge)
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational compliance
- Ability to support daily activities in a fast-paced environment
