Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinates the work of maintenance staff, including repairs, renovations, and upkeep of facility grounds and structures

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce repair costs

• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively

• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to facility emergencies outside of regular business hours

• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
