Senior Project Manager – Vertical Construction
Broward County, FL | $150,000 – $180,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’ve partnered with a leading South Florida general contractor driving some ambitious high-rise and mixed-use developments in the region. The team is expanding and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a luxury tower in the Broward County area— a project designed to redefine skyline standards for quality and precision.

This is a key leadership role for someone who brings deep technical knowledge, hands‑on drive, and the ability to unite field and office operations around excellence. You’ll be at the center of high‑stakes decision‑making — from concrete pours and façade logistics to budgets, safety, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, managing timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead subcontractor negotiations, buyouts, and performance oversight across all major trades.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and ownership to align project scope, schedule, and design intent.
  • Ensure flawless coordination between field execution and office planning.
  • Anticipate and resolve constructability issues before they impact critical paths.
  • Oversee project financials — cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop Assistant PMs and Project Engineers, setting the tone for performance and professionalism.
  • Represent the company as a trusted project leader with clients, city officials, and design partners.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in high-rise, commercial construction or vertical construction.
  • Proven success leading 20+ story, $50M+ ground‑up projects from start to finish.
  • Strong command of concrete structure, MEP, façade, and interior finish systems
    .
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership presence — able to manage teams and build trust with ownership.
  • Local South Florida experience preferred (relocation considered for exceptional talent).
