As our new Project Manager you will be part of our client‑facing team, nurturing strong existing client relationships, especially in the New York State municipal water and wastewater field. • Strong technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities.
• Proven project leadership, project management (scope, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services.
• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineering license in New York required with ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity;

The Project Manager position is for a person who has demonstrated the ability to manage people and projects as well as generate new business with clients. In addition, expectations are that this position will contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll and develop followership, lead high performance teams, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, mentor future leaders, and motivate employees.
