Gaia is the first Value-Based family-building company. We give people control over their fertility with clinically proven pathways to parenthood — whether they want a child now or later — and take on the financial risk so that if we don’t deliver successful outcomes, they don’t pay. Gaia was born from our founder’s own harrowing journey through assisted fertility, and his resolve to build the experience he wished he had.

Our mission is to give the best shot at parenthood to anyone who wants a family, with access to a network of clinics selected for their results, flexible payment options, and 90+ NPS wraparound care and support.

We’re looking for a bold, visionary Head of Product who thrives on complexity. Someone who sees the dysfunction in healthcare and insurance, not as barriers, but as an invitation to build something better. This is about reinventing the system, not tweaking it. We need someone who can:

• Lead with insight and urgency, using data and user research to define the right products

• Break things, rebuild them, and move fast, balancing iteration with long-term vision

• Challenge how things are done today and push for better, more scalable solutions

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth/marketing, and operations to build, test, and refine

• Make tough calls, defend their ideas, and drive execution in an environment with no playbook
