OpportunityThe Associate Director of Account Management will oversee all agency services on accounts, lead client engagement teams, and drive growth and development of the team. This role requires building and maintaining senior‑level client relationships, managing agency income, and ensuring the execution of strategic plans aligned with clients’ marketing objectives.
Responsibilities- Collaboratively develop long‑term account success plans and execute them.
- Provide oversight and guidance for all work, ensuring proactive thought leadership.
- Build and maintain client relationships at day‑to‑day and senior levels.
- Participate in key client meetings, including presentations, briefings, and strategy sessions.
- Develop and maintain agency partnership relationships.
- Supervise and develop direct reports.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including monthly billing, forecasting, and budget review with clients.
- Inform Group Account Director on business status and escalation points.
- Strong experience leading integrated agency relationships.
- Ability to lead strategic efforts across multi‑channel engagements.
- Skill in disseminating strategic direction across cross‑functional teams.
- Aggressive approach to client management and account growth.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, strong communicator, and effective presenter.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with interactive campaign strategy and macro‑strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience, including large‑agency interactive or senior client‑side marketing experience focused on strategy and innovation.
- Experience with digital marketing, including site, display, search, emerging media, or overall digital ecosystem development.
Based in our New York office. Salary range: $75,000—$180,000 USD (interactive).
