Our client is pioneering a new investment category called Capital Recycling
, a strategy designed to unlock inefficiencies in global public markets and convert trapped capital into superior, high-growth assets. Today, more than $15 trillion of public-market capital is trading below intrinsic value, creating one of the largest arbitrage opportunities in modern finance.

With $500 million in AUM, our client acquires undervalued public companies trading at steep discounts to their net asset value. Instead of relying on leverage or operational turnarounds, they use their NASDAQ-listed equity, which is trading at a premium, as acquisition currency. This structural arbitrage creates immediate value by capturing the spread between discounted NAV and premium issuance.

Once control is established, the firm unlocks trapped value through structured divestitures of operating businesses, hard assets, intellectual property, and clean public shells. Proceeds are then reallocated into Bitcoin, an asset with a proven track record of asymmetric returns and institutional acceptance. This cycle:

Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Vice President / Director / Managing Director to join the investment team during a critical growth phase. This is a unique chance to move beyond traditional private equity and help build a category-defining platform. The role will focus on origination, due diligence, and execution of transactions that convert trapped capital into its highest and best use.

• Background:
  • 6-12+ years of experience in special situations private equity
    , distressed investing, or complex balance sheet transactions.
  • Exposure to NAV arbitrage, public-to-private deals, or restructuring is highly desirable.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities; ability to navigate complex corporate situations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for building something new in a fast-moving environment.
