, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Branch Manager responsible for ensuring that our branch operations run smoothly and efficiently to provide top-quality home healthcare services to our clients.
- Pay: Up to $130,000 annually, based on experience
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
- This role will oversee operations for two office locations:
- 75 Broad Street, Suite 610, New York, NY 10004
- 6 Gramatan Ave Suite 300 3rd Floor Mt Vernon, NY 10550

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as patient satisfaction, staff productivity, and financial metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, patients, and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines governing home healthcare services.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the branch's financial budget, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with the finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other branches, departments, and organizational stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Proactively address issues, concerns, and challenges, seeking appropriate support and resources when needed.
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of leadership experience within the home healthcare industry required
- Proven expertise in effectively managing and growing business branches.
- Knowledge ofhome healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
