The Contracts Manager will work holistically to ensure contract processes and procedures are followed as well as maintain the objective of making the contract process smooth for both the employees of Orion and the client negotiating the contract. The Contracts Manager will draft contracts based on templates, schedule meetings and gather pertinent information across teams to move contracts to completion.
Responsibilities- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's business, its clients and the legal dynamics
- Populate legal template drafts, which will include non‑disclosure agreements, master services agreements, media purchasing agent agreements
- Review a variety of contracts under direction of legal department attorneys, address and manage redlines Coordinate meetings needed to move contract negotiations forward
- Oversee contract administration, record client contracts, tracking terms of agreements, monitoring deadlines, getting contracts reviewed and executed and manage status reports of contracts in negotiation
- Assist with company compliance issues; update company's legal files, and provide historical data as requested
- Assist with corporate organizational documents and preparing related documents Articulate recommendations for procedural development and improvements
- 3+ years of corporate or law firm experience in legal and business affairs
- Ability to manage redlines and be well versed in industry standard for contract negotiating process.
- Excellent written communications and verbal presentation skills
- Proficient in Word and tracking legal changes, Excel Organized and detail oriented
- Paralegal degree a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
