Position Title
Asset Manager
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for managing a diverse real estate portfolio, including office and hotel properties, with the goal of maximizing financial performance and improving operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic asset management initiatives.
Responsibilities- Monitor property performance metrics (occupancy, rental income, ADR, RevPAR, expenses, capital expenditures)
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including P&L and variance analysis
- Develop and manage budgets and capital expenditure plans
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and administration
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and hotel operators
- Manage capital improvement projects and renovations
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in asset management or related real estate roles
- Prior experience in hotel asset management strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi, MRI, ARGUS is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and team player
