Responsibilities

• 5 years Construction experience a must
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to multi task
• Handle multiple jobs
• manage job sites for residential or commercial
• manage budgets for each project, supplies and labor
• oversee subcontractors and vendors to insure quality standards are met for each job
• must be drug free
• computer knowledgeable
