As a Director, Product Management you will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Domestic Payments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver products that solve customer problems and create business value.
Responsibilities- Define the product vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap for the Domestic Payments Product Suite.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of product managers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, control, compliance, risk, legal, and operations.
- Own the strategy and execution of priorities across the product suite, ensuring adoption and growth within federal, state, and local government.
- Set goals, measure performance, and communicate progress to senior executive stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate assumptions and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for successful launch and adoption.
- Manage product governance, risk, and vendor relationships to deliver services at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years of product management experience in payments or related product suite.
- Proven track record of launching successful products or complex programs that drive growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile product development, go‑to‑market, and profit and loss management.
- Passion for innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning.

SalaryBase salary range: $127,000 – $240,000 per year, with additional commission, bonuses, and incentive packages.
