An investment firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Head of Family Support. This newly created position involves supervising a team of two Personal Assistants to provide comprehensive support to a group of senior executives on personal and professional matters. Responsibilities include coordinating executive activities, managing calendars, scheduling service providers, processing reimbursements, liaising with childcare providers, handling online shopping, making reservations, arranging travel plans, and collaborating with HR to ensure policy compliance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of PA experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with flexibility. Salary range is $150k to $175k plus corporate benefits. Start date is late August.
