This growing independent media agency redefines brand success through data-driven, omnichannel strategies that go beyond traditional KPIs. They merge brand and performance media to drive scalable growth for top brands across CPG, Retail, QSR, Wellness, and Financial verticals, leveraging technology, insights, and creativity to maximize response to growth, they are seeking a Director to lead a portfolio of CPG, Wellness, and Health clients, overseeing multi-channel strategies across Digital, TV, Retail Media, and Direct Mail.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned media leader with expertise in planning and activating diverse channels. The Director will collaborate with leadership to scale the division and ensure flawless execution across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Build & grow a new group within the agency, focusing on a portfolio of multi-industry media clients.
- Manage a portfolio of several accounts ranging in media budgets.
- Lead, manage and mentor a strong team of media Activators and Planners
- Develop and implement cross-channel media strategies covering TV, Digital, Retail Media, and Direct Mail.
- Oversee a Direct Mail activation team, ensuring seamless execution and optimization.
- Lead client conversations, turning business challenges into tailored media solutions.
- Collaborate with Media specialists, leveraging industry insights to enhance media performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to execute media strategies efficiently.
- Ensure full media integration, balancing digital and offline channels for optimal performance.
- 12+ years of experience in media strategy, buying, and planning across TV, Digital, Retail Media, and Direct Mail.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel media activations while managing diverse client portfolios.
- Ability to scale media operations, driving both growth and efficiency.
- High executive presence & strong client relationship skills.
- Capable of adapting and providing flexible media solutions.
- Track record of business growth, excelling in both small and large-scale accounts.
