Job Brief

Were in search of a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires exceptional coordination skills to oversee and delegate project tasks, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and fulfillment of all project specifications. As the Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact, managing project life cycles and fostering collaboration across clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve excellence.

• Project Planning & Scheduling:
  Review project requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and set up schedules that guide our teams efficiently through each phase of construction.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  Craft accurate budgets, monitor expenses meticulously, and proactively manage resources to ensure the project stays within financial limits without compromising quality.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients and superiors. Provide clear, regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and adjust project strategies to align with client expectations.
• Resource Allocation & Supply Management:
  Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to secure necessary supplies, equipment, and manpower, ensuring all project resources are readily available and managed effectively.
• Team Leadership & Delegation:
  Lead and motivate project teams by assigning tasks aligned with each member's expertise, fostering collaboration, and addressing team dynamics to optimize performance.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  Oversee project phases to confirm that work meets all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and project-specific requirements, conducting frequent quality checks to ensure adherence to Axionova's high standards.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing contingency plans that prepare the team for potential issues without compromising project milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and other critical records. Compile regular reports to keep stakeholders informed and accountable.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required; a Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
