Workforce Deployment Training Director
Location:
New York, NY, 10017
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workforce Development Training Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of training programs that optimize workforce deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, training development, and leadership, with a focus on enhancing employee skills and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs focused on workforce deployment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Analyze workforce data and deployment metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various roles and departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all training initiatives.
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce deployment and training methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce training, development, or deployment management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing training teams.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, deployment strategies, and training technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
