- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes across the sales motion as the business grows.
- 3–5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar operational role supporting GTM teams.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce with a track record of driving data hygiene and operational consistency.
- Experience managing forecasting cadences and producing actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Delivery, Rev Ops, and Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable owning dashboards, reporting, and data‑driven recommendations.
- Experience supporting technical sales teams.
- Prior work supporting or partnering with Revenue leadership.
