Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Use the overhead paging system to promptly alert hospital staff when needed.
- Serve as a reassuring point of contact for family members seeking updates on loved ones.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to quality care.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual ability strongly preferred.
