Hands-on manager that interacts daily with the Patient Accounting and Financial Assistance staff to ensure all the daily metrics and goals are met.

• Manage the collection and billing operations and develop credit/collection strategies to maximize profits and minimize loss.

• Assume responsibilities of the Sr. Management as assigned, during Sr. Management's absence.

• Manage the analyses/report preparation of trends of consolidated account receivables.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Manager manages the policies, objectives, and initiatives of the organization’s revenue cycle activities to achieve revenue targets by optimizing the patient financial interaction along the care continuum. As part of the Patient Financial Services Team, they will drive workflow and maximize efficiency in order to achieve departmental cash goals and operational benchmarks.

Candidates must have management experience within the acute hospital billing and reimbursement area.
