Description

This is an overnight position with the schedule of:
Sunday-Thursday, 7pm-3:30am.

As a Fleet Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of Fleet drivers, monitor service demands, train drivers, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high service standards.

• Oversee daily Fleet driver activities, ensuring world-class service and safety adherence.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff, focusing on policies, safety, and customer service.
• Resolve service and member issues, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
• Perform inspections of drivers and vehicles, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, ensure proper documentation, and promote safety.
• Manage inventory and supplies, respond to road service calls, and secure the Fleet Operations Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay range: $82,700 - $90,000/year, with bonuses and benefits.

Education:

Associate's Degree or 3-4 years relevant experience.

Experience:

Tow experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses:
Valid driver’s license and DOT card.
