• Coordinate maintenance and repairs: manage work orders in Prism, schedule inspections, and ensure HVAC and lighting systems function properly.
• Health & Safety: ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate emergency planning, and conduct inspections.
• Office Operations: assist with equipment and furniture purchases, liquidations, office moves, maintain relationships with property management, and supervise facility operations.
• Budget & Vendor Management: monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses.
• Project Management: serve as the point of contact for security upgrades, renovations, and integration projects, collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility software.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
