Salary: Up to $160,000 + Bonus x2 annually

A leading General Contractor in NYC is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing interiors division, overseeing high-end commercial fit-outs across Manhattan. From corporate HQs to law firms and medical offices, you’ll manage every aspect of delivery from precon to punchlist.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors & internal teams
• Track schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Lead and mentor APMs and other junior team members
• Ensure safety, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a PM in commercial interiors
• Experience working for a GC on NYC-based projects
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, scheduling & budgeting
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
