The Executive Director (ED) in Elizabethtown, NY, is tasked with leading and managing the overarching strategy, operations, and finances of the client, an organization dedicated to providing affordable housing in the Adirondacks. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and regional communities, the ED's goal is to strengthen and expand the clients resources and community impact amidst a growing emphasis on regional housing solutions.

The client, originally formed in 1978, focuses on improving housing conditions for North residents. It operates with an annual budget between $1.5M and $2M and employs 16 staff members under the guidance of a dedicated Board of Trustees. Their programs provide rental assistance through over 900 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, oversee community real estate developments, and offer home repair and rehabilitation services.
