Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Position OverviewAs a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, managing budgets, and ensuring the properties are in compliance with all local laws and regulations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of condos, co-ops, and rental properties.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Property Management staff, including building staff.
- Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and appearance.
- Handle tenant relations, including addressing and resolving complaints and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor safety and emergency preparedness plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools, Yardi Voyager.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
