Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Range

$80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift at Terrasmart Selkirk NY. Leads inbound/outbound shipments, yard organization, inventory control, safety compliance.

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate carriers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and reconciliation.
• Enforce safety protocols, OSHA and company standards.
• Oversee organization, recordkeeping and continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of logistics or warehouse experience, 3+ in people leadership.
• Proficiency in Epicor or similar ERP, inventory control and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
