Senior Sales Manager – Swimwear BusinessWe’re partnering with a global apparel organization to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale its Swimwear business across department store and off-price channels. This role blends licensed brand growth with private label expansion, offering the chance to build a diversified swimwear portfolio with real commercial impact.
You’ll own business development, account growth, and category strategy, working cross-functionally to bring compelling swimwear programs to market, on time, on margin, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue and margin growth across licensed and private label swimwear programs.
- Lead new account acquisition while expanding penetration within existing retail partners.
- Own key retail relationships, presenting tailored assortments and pricing strategies.
- Conduct business reviews to identify whitespace, growth opportunities, and future wins.
- Translate market trends and sell-through data into actionable commercial strategy.
- Influence Design and Product teams to ensure product aligns with retailer and consumer demand.
- 5+ years of sales experience in women's Swimwear or closely adjacent categories.
- Strong exposure to women's swimwear preferred.
- Proven success across department store and off-price retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to grow both licensed brands and private label programs.
- Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and highly execution-focused.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-driven organizations.
