Sunstates Security is hiring a CSM (Client Services Manager) who will oversee an Operation Manager, schedule security officers at each site, and direct and prioritize work activities of all assigned guards.

• Review post assignments and ensure compliance.
• Maintain logbooks, sign‑in sheets, and equipment records.
• Ensure security staff respond to incidents and submit reports per corporate protocols; review incident reports.
