About the Role
Title: Associate Director, Fixed Income Product Management
Grade: 12 – S&P Dow Jones Indices
OverviewThe Fixed Income Product Management Team is a core team within the FICC group, responsible for the development, production, strategy and commercialization of a global bond index suite. The role focuses on driving innovation and strategic growth through client engagement, index launch, and product enhancement.
Responsibilities- Work across the global fixed‑income team to identify new product opportunities and drive commercial success.
- Serve as an in‑depth subject‑matter expert on index methodology, internal processes, and product‑launch lifecycle.
- Lead client engagement and analysis, including external presentations, data analysis, and mining with Excel.
- Coordinate the index‑launch process in collaboration with R&D, operations, governance, sales and other stakeholders.
- Support internal team initiatives and develop materials related to business strategy and processes.
- Contribute to product innovation and enhancements, including index‑methodology consultations and annual reviews.
- 7+ years of experience in fixed‑income, index industry, or related field.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, finance or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, quantitative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
