Building Superintendent – Live out

Position at Choice New York Companies.

Pay Range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

• As the key employee of the building operations interior and exterior, the Superintendent is essential to the longevity of all equipment and the aesthetic nature of the property. The Superintendent must perform the job duties with a professional and competent image:
Service to the customer in a friendly and outgoing manner is also essential, while timelines and maintaining a clean atmosphere are key.

• The ideal candidate will have handyman skills.

• Ensuring the building is clean and presentable.

• Trash removal; making sure there is no debris on the property including the street in front of the building.

• The position is fundamental to all mechanical functions of the community and includes working closely with the Property Manager.

• Strong leadership skills, customer service skills, technical skills, and problem solving abilities are required.

• Employee reports directly to the Property Manager.

• Excellent English communication skills are required.

• Must be available in case of emergency.
