We’re looking for an Account Director to lead client relationships and integrated campaigns across brand, digital, and spatial work. This person will act as the main connection point between clients and the studio - ensuring projects run smoothly, work meets the highest standard, and our teams stay inspired and aligned.
The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and leader: someone who can translate business goals into creative opportunities, manage multiple work streams, and build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, clarity, and shared ambition.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary lead across key client accounts, managing day‑to‑day communication, strategy alignment, and project delivery.
- Oversee multiple integrated campaigns, ensuring creative, production, and strategy teams are aligned and on track.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client businesses – including goals, audiences, and category insights – to inform strategic and creative decisions.
- Partner closely with internal leads across Creative, Strategy, and Production to bring projects from concept through delivery.
- Ensure all work upholds SSS’s creative standards and brand values.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules with precision and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through new ideas, channels, and capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering collaboration, communication, and professional development.
- Contribute to new business efforts and pitch development as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to support overall studio operations, culture, and growth initiatives.
- Synthesize client feedback and relay it to key team leads to move projects forward, set expectations, and organize actionable next steps.
- Troubleshoot and minimize project hurdles, change orders, or production challenges through proactive problem‑solving and clear communication.
- Provide clients with clear and concise recaps, feedback, and next steps to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Protect the best interests of SSS teams by thoughtfully managing client expectations and exercising sound judgment in all business decisions and moments of tension.
- 8+ years of experience managing integrated accounts within a creative, production, or brand agency.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex projects across digital, experiential, and content work.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading conversations with senior‑level clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of creative production processes – from strategy and concepting through execution and delivery.
- Skilled at managing budgets, scopes, and schedules for multi‑channel campaigns.
- Experience navigating large, matrixed client organizations and partner agencies.
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility and appreciation for culture‑driven work.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools.
