• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant license required
• At least 6 years of experience with a specialized focus in estates and trusts
• A high level of technical tax expertise and leadership skills, experience with tax planning, tax research and reviewing tax returns, and leading an engagement team
• New ideas and business solutions that result in new clients or extended services to existing clients
• Positive people interactions that allow you to be a liaison for clients and staff throughout the year
• The skills to develop and motivate staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance
