- Manage and oversee the execution of Project Narwhal our overhaul of the quote to cash process.
- Lead and manage project planning execution and monitoring for internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and action items.
- Create training and workshops to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Create communication plans for change management and keeping teams informed.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and practices throughout project execution.
- Support the development of processes and tools to improve data quality and governance.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $145,000-$165,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
