Senior Director, Compensation - Asset Manger in Midtown
Our client, a large hybrid PE/HF in Midtown, is looking for a Senior Compensation Director to join the team. This person will report into the head of compensation and have ownership of a few functional areas of the firm. The role will cover compensation strategy and relationship/program management while managing a small team. The firm has a great culture and reputation and is in strong growth mode.
Responsibilities- Report into the head of compensation.
- Own selected functional areas within the firm.
- Develop and execute compensation strategy.
- Manage compensation relationship and program management processes.
- Lead and manage a small compensation team.
- 12-15 years of experience in the compensation space, preferably within a bank or competitive fund.
- Base Salary: $ – $ (New York, United States)
