DEI Manager

Overview

Our client, a top 100 law firm, is seeking a DEI Manager to join the team.

.

• Collaborate across teams to advance firm-wide equity functions
• Provide full oversight and management of the DEI Advisory Council
• Lead Professional Development functions for Partners and Associates, including coaching and training design
• Work together with Business Development team on coaching, sponsorship, and training
• Manage teams delivering Council initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program plans
• Oversee Council budget and expenditures
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships across the firm and with internal and external stakeholders, in particular: women, non-binary, LGBTQ+ attorneys and attorneys of color

Salary Range: $110-150k annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in Professional Development and/or Business Development
• Must have a demonstrable commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Creative problem solver with proven leadership experience
