Overview
Our client, a top 100 law firm, is seeking a DEI Manager to join the team.

.
- Collaborate across teams to advance firm-wide equity functions
- Provide full oversight and management of the DEI Advisory Council
- Lead Professional Development functions for Partners and Associates, including coaching and training design
- Work together with Business Development team on coaching, sponsorship, and training
- Manage teams delivering Council initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program plans
- Oversee Council budget and expenditures
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships across the firm and with internal and external stakeholders, in particular: women, non-binary, LGBTQ+ attorneys and attorneys of color
Salary Range: $110-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Development and/or Business Development
- Must have a demonstrable commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Creative problem solver with proven leadership experience
