Location: Orange County, NY 10910

Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (Bonus eligible)

• Provide strategic oversight and execution of end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws, wage and hour requirements, and reporting mandates.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage and enhance vendor relationships, including oversight of third-party payroll service providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Deep expertise in payroll operations and regulatory compliance in a multi-state environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to employee service.
• Proficiency in UKG and UKG UTA preferred; experience managing HRIS payroll systems strongly desired.
