Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Job Overview

Luckin Coffee is rapidly expanding in the United States. We are looking for an experienced EHS Director to lead our Environmental, Health & Safety function across U.S. retail stores, supply chain operations, and new store development. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role that partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Training, and our global HQ. Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred.

• Build and execute the U.S. EHS strategy, including policies, SOPs, audit frameworks, and emergency response.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety/environmental regulations.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee nationwide store safety audits and support food safety‑related operational controls.
• Develop safety training programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Build and manage an EHS team; oversee external audit vendors and annual budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10+ years of EHS leadership experience; 5+ years in QSR, café, or retail food service.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, multi‑site safety operations, and scaling environments.
• Experience in Starbucks, McDonald’s, Dunkin’, Chipotle, or similar brands preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a strong plus.
