Fulfillment Operations Manager

Lil sweet treat is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fulfillment Operations Manager to run our Fulfillment (FUL) Department. The Fulfillment Operations Manager owns all outbound execution including eCommerce, events, custom orders, and carrier shipments. This role ensures every order is picked, packed, QA’d, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, deadline-driven, and thrives under high operational volume.

The role will be based in our Brooklyn warehouse focused on the day-to-day operations.

• Lead the Fulfillment team, including day-to-day scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews
• Own end-to-end fulfillment execution across eCommerce, events, and custom orders
• Manage daily fulfillment operations including order pick/pack, staging, QA/QC, and outbound shipping
• Coordinate drivers and teams for event setups, custom drop-offs, and equipment management
• Manage daily UPS and Fed Ex shipments, tracking sheets, and carrier issue resolution
• Prepare and post weekly labor schedules in coordination with Inventory Control leadership
• Maintain a KPI driven mindset tracking key metrics across eCommerce, event operations, and shift performance
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across packing, event, and dishwashing areas
• Support inventory audits and cross-functional operational planning
• Support incoming purchase order receiving and Inventory Control operations as needed
• Drive continuous improvement of fulfillment workflows, tools, and SOPs

• 3–5+ years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Experience managing eCommerce, carrier shipping (UPS/Fed Ex), and event fulfillment
• Familiarity with Shopify, Ship Station, and QA/QC processes
• Strong interest in working alongside other business functions in a fast paced environment
• Strong people management and execution skills
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and accountability
• Comfortable managing high-volume, time-sensitive operations
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle Net Suite, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder WMS, and Infor WMS) is a PLUS
