Overview- Lead complex high-end residential construction projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Drive client satisfaction through strong relationship-building and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk management.
- Support and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies and initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts through networking and participation in industry organizations.
- Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Mentor and support project managers and superintendents to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and industry presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving.
