Award-winning high-end residential construction general contractor is looking to add to their executive team.

Overview
  • Lead complex high-end residential construction projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Drive client satisfaction through strong relationship-building and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk management.
  • Support and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive business development efforts through networking and participation in industry organizations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Mentor and support project managers and superintendents to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and industry presence.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving.
