Overview

Growing glass/glazing contractor in the New York area that specializes in commercial projects is looking for the following. A good client of mine in the NYC suburbs area has an immediate need for a good Project Manager that knows glass curtain walls. This is a company that has had employees for 30+ years since it opened.

• Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.
• Coordinate and communicate as required between architects, field personnel, and owners.
• Attend meetings with general contractors and architects.
• Take project from concept to completion.

• 5-25+ years overseeing glass and glazing projects that include curtain walls, store fronts, entrances, mirrors, and tempered glass.
• Experience working for a company that specializes in curtain walls, store fronts, entrances, etc. for commercial projects.
• Glass and glazing contractor experience is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Review and analyze bid packages and contracts.
