Institutional Partnerships Manager

Summer Search New York City is seeking an Institutional Partnerships Manager to join its four-member development team. Taking ownership of approximately $660,000 of a $4.1M fundraising budget, this hire will manage an existing portfolio of corporate and institutional supporters – such as General Atlantic and Estee Lauder - as well as qualify new prospects for cultivation.

Specifically, the Institutional Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 80 corporate donors and 30 prospects, work closely with senior leadership on donor cultivation and stewardship, help execute major events, and thrive on a team that values authenticity, relationships, well-being, learning, personal growth, and an unwavering commitment to racial equity and inclusion.
