As a Vice President (Manager) within Teneo Risk, you are a core, client‑facing member of our account teams. As a Vice President you are responsible for assisting with the definition and execution of strategic programs and initiatives in support of Teneo clients. This may include but is not limited to helping clients identify vulnerabilities in their businesses, conducting risk assessments of key threats and risks to a company’s readiness, developing and implementing defense measures and robust response tactics, and helping clients build a roadmap for a holistic enterprise security system.

Often our client work will result in the execution of the strategic roadmap, thus the ability to establish long‑term, trust‑based relationships is crucial. Vice Presidents are highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are able to deal directly with senior clients and internal team members on strategy, new business ideas, thought leadership, and industry trends. Vice Presidents will work closely with Senior Vice President and Managing Director Account Leaders to manage client engagements and deliver best‑in‑class service.

• Bring significant physical and cyber security risk management expertise to bear in the delivery of client engagements such as physical security assessments, gap analysis and recommendations, and roadmap programs.
• Advise clients on emergency management and crisis response procedures.
• Knowledge of DHS Safety Act and applicability to security programs as part of security program delivery.
• Understand the CEO’s agenda and craft innovative solutions to advance, expedite, and multiply value.
• Drive impact and value on programs related to physical, reputational, or digital safety and security.
• Establish mutually beneficial long‑term relationships with senior‑level clients and serve as a key member of the client account team, directing multiple efforts for clients.
