East Hampton, NY
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
About The ClubDevon Yacht Club stands as one of the East End’s most historic and cherished private clubs, built on a foundation of family, friendship, and community. Rooted in tradition, excellence, and a distinctive family lifestyle, the Club traces its origins to 1908 as the Gardiner’s Bay Boat Club and was incorporated in 1916. For more than a century, Devon has promoted yachting, seamanship, navigation, and tennis in one of the East Coast’s finest sailing venues.
Set along the protected waters of Gardiner’s Bay, the Club has long been defined by its exceptional sailing culture. Members have raced and cruised these steady breezes for generations, and since 1934, Devon has offered a renowned junior sailing program for children ages 5–16. The Club’s racquets program is equally vibrant, centered around eight clay courts that support more than 90 juniors and a strong adult community who train, play socially, and compete against area clubs each summer.
Devon operates May through October, with full dining service at the height of the season and a modified schedule in the shoulder months. Amagansett, New York enhances the experience with its blend of historic character, upscale amenities, and natural coastal beauty, offering an ideal year‑round home for the Club’s next General Manager.
