Position Summary: CWAN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Solutions Consulting for Alternative Investments. In this highly strategic role, you will define client needs and go‑to‑market strategies for our alternative investment segment, critically analyze the market, build insightful theses, assist sales efforts, engage with strategic clients, and create go‑to‑market content. The ideal candidate will lead a team of solutions consultants, engage directly with clients, and provide in‑depth insights into market trends within the alternative investment space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively cultivate strong client relationships and understand their unique business objectives related to alternative investments.
• Conduct high‑level consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring our offerings align with their strategic goals.
• Analyze and define market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the alternative investments industry.
• Provide thought leadership by developing white papers, case studies, and presentations that highlight emerging trends and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to provide feedback and insights that inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Serve as the primary SME for alternative investment products, ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge and resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solutions consultants, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Set performance objectives and provide regular feedback to align team members with business goals and client expectations.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of CWAN’s offerings in alternative investments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to enhance client experience and streamline delivery of solutions.
• Design and implement training programs for internal teams and clients to enhance understanding of alternative investment solutions and market trends.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate clients on best practices and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, client engagement, or related roles within the financial services or alternative investments sectors.
• Proven expertise in alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for coaching and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

Salary Range:

• New York City: $140,000 – $200,000 + bonus + RSUs
• Boise: $115,000 – $160,000 + bonus + RSUs
