The Chief of Staff is a high-impact, highly trusted role that partners with and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will support the CEO in driving efficient decision-making, optimizing time and priorities, and executing strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The Chief of Staff will help advance the company’s vision and ensure progress against both short-term objectives and long-term goals.

This role requires a hands-on problem solver who operates proactively, creatively, and with disciplined follow-through. The Chief of Staff brings strong research and analytical skills, natural curiosity, and the ability to surface insights early and drive work forward with graceful tenacity.

• Enhance the effectiveness of the CEO, executive team, and Board through strategic calendar management, agenda development, meeting preparation, and workflow efficiency.
