What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and growth targets
  • Develop strategies to proactively address risks and enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate on account plans with Account Managers and Customer Success teams
  • Participate in business reviews to highlight risks, opportunities, and progress
  • Own the retention forecast for strategic customers, reporting on risks and mitigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management roles (2+ years as a Senior CSM/Principal)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Proven experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers, managing executive relationships
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools and experience in implementing them
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience carrying a retention or growth target
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills for managing cross-functional relationships
