Risk Manager Job Opportunity Located In Woodmere, NY
Salary: $90K to $110K range (based on experience)
Risk ManagerJob Description:
- Coordinate data gathering functions of risk management as well as analyze and draw conclusion from the data gathered.
- Follow-up and monitoring of plans of correction for identified risk areas.
- Facilitate prevention programs.
- Provide input into the continuous development of the risk management program.
- Must have a valid New York State RN license
- Minimum two years of experience in risk management in a skilled nursing facility
- Must have long-term care/nursing home experience
- Must have strong clinical knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare liability and risk management practices
- Must have thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations governing the nursing home industry.
