Lead product and materials impact measurement at Coach

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sustainability and product impact measurement to lead the process for calculating product level carbon footprints using T-EPIC
- Tapestry Environmental Impact Calculator, including data collection, QA and validation; analyze and glean insights from T-EPIC results; develop and execute a roadmap that streamlines the T-EPIC process and makes it more robust; project manage LCAs with outside consultants with coordination from Tapestry ESG team; partner with key leaders to develop sustainability strategy and set targets; develop tools and materials to educate product teams on carbon reduction opportunities;

act as a key internal consultant on a broad range of sustainability topics; collaborate with the Tapestry ESG team and Coach product teams on SBTi measurements and roadmaps; respond to internal and external inquiries with respect to the impact of products and materials in partnership with Tapestry ESG team; work with Tapestry ESG team to complete reporting requirements for LCA related regulations;

support the Director of Sustainability to implement projects and innovations that drive sustainability, financial and customer value.

• Act as a key internal consultant on a broad range of sustainability topics
• Collaborate with the Tapestry ESG team and Coach product teams on SBTi measurements and roadmaps
• Respond to internal and external inquiries with respect to the impact of products and materials in partnership with Tapestry ESG team
• Work with Tapestry ESG team to complete reporting requirements for LCA related regulations
• Support the Director of Sustainability to implement projects and innovations that drive sustainability, financial and customer value

• 5+ years of LCA and product sustainability experience
• Experience in product and material impact measurement; apparel, footwear or accessories experience a plus
• Knowledge of fashion industry supply chain and impacts
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
• Advanced Excel experience including Power BI
• Creative problem solver with strong business acumen and ability to innovate
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and drive with urgency
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with positive attitude, strong initiative and self-motivated drive
• Start-up experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. A combination of work experience and education will be considered.
